Refund policy

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that exchanges will need to be mailed back to us, you will be required to purchase a shipping label and a 20% restocking fee. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and file a warranty claim if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Filing a claim does not mean you will automatically receive a new tool, each claim is individually reviewed. Any request of exchange after seven days of purchase will be denied and processed as a warranty claim which will incur deductible charges and shipping fees.

Refund Policy & Warranty Information 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on hair tools, skincare, hair accessories or hair care. 
These items are non-refundable and are FINAL SALE.

When you make a purchase on Manohair.com or at a physical store location you are agreeing to this policy.

We want you to be happy, so all MANO hair tools come with a three-year warranty.

If you have a defective tool, you can file a warranty claim to request a replacement tool.

Warranty claims after 7 days of purchase will incur a deductible fee and shipping fees.

Each warranty claim is subject to review and all required information must be verified.
